NIFTY TRADING SYSTEM

NIFTY FUTURES opened today on a flat note @ 5765 after yesterday’s rally. In the early session after the opening Nifty Futures made an early attempt to pass by the 5850 , but met with some selling pressure in the process making 5845 as intraday high. It made an intraday low of 5758 and consolidated the second half of the session in a narrow range of approx 30 points, finally closing the day @ 5816.

Nifty Futures has managed to keep its bullish bias intact and closed the day above the 5800 mark. We may witness some resistance coming in at 5850 mark and there after at the 5920 mark. On the down side the areas of 5750 and 5670 may act as a support mark attracting fresh bout of new buying.

Our view on Nifty Futures is Bullish. Any dips towards the 5750 mark, should be treated as buying opportunity with appropriate stop loss.
